Ami from valet was one of the best valet i’ve had. We only had to drop something off, he took it out of the car for us, opened all passenger doors, helped load our car. all without us having to ask anything of him. King deserves a raise and serious recognition

My family was here over the weekend and the service was superior. Tommy the hotel manager was amazing he accommodated our large party with outstanding service. Very nice atmosphere and balcony view was everything. Everyone was so nice I mean all the staff. 10/10 I highly recommend.

The hotel is getting tired. Simply put, the facade of "hilton" is well cracked on this property. The chair in my room summarizes the feel here. The chair's faux plastic texture is way beyond worn and there is a disgusting crotch area stain. After that, no herculean effort of customer service can overcome a nasty suspicious stain. And to be clear, staff are amazing! I've been staying here off & on since 2008 and it is just poorly maintained over the last few years. This will be my last reservation here. Did I mention this nasty stain? Repulsive that a chair so terribly worn out would be in use and clearly housekeeping gives zero Fs on such a disgusting and easy item to remove. The nasty shower-mounted shampoo/bodywash/conditioner bottles are another low-rent factor. Body wash bottle was empty and the shampoo bottle was torn from the wall and sitting on the shower floor. Bring your own!!! Gross. The rust stains on the exterior from the rooftop bar should give city of Tallahassee concern to structural integrity as well. Not a chance in hell I'd venture up to that contraption that was slap-dash built loooong ago. Again, the nasty chair stain is something I cannot get past. Tell me i

The service provided were great At the onset, Gloria was attentive, informative and very courteous. She was understanding of the circumstances and made sure to accommodate us in every way. The rooms were clean and the scent of the hotel was very appealing! The stay was good overall. I am thankful to have had experience. Additionally, Sam the night front desk rep was also very professional and aswell quite accommodating to our needs . He provided politeness and friendliness.
